Northbound Films collects business contact details, company registration data, rights holder information, and technical metadata required for film distribution evaluation and licensing requests.
2. Cloud Storage Security
All confidential master files, watermarked buyer screeners, and legal chain-of-title documents uploaded to Northbound Films are encrypted in Cloudflare R2 private storage and accessible only via short-lived server-signed URLs.
3. Data Sharing
We share title metadata and artwork only with authorized channel buyers and streaming platforms for evaluation. Private contact details and legal documents are never exposed publicly.
